According to the official WeChat account of Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone, the completion ceremony of Anli Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was held at the Free Trade Zone Pan-semiconductor Industrial Park on August 28. It is reported that Anli Technology is committed to becoming a leading supplier of semiconductor substrate polishing materials in China. With a total investment of 30 million yuan, the project will achieve an annual output of 7,800 tons of grinding fluid for third-generation semiconductors and large silicon wafer substrates upon completion, with an estimated annual sales volume exceeding 100 million yuan when operating at full capacity.

It is introduced that the completion of the joint project on third-generation semiconductor substrates and large silicon wafer grinding fluid built by Anli Technology and Ilshin Industry Co., Ltd. marks another achievement in scientific and technological cooperation between the two countries, and also injects new momentum into the transformation and upgrading of the new material industry in the free trade zone.
